So far I have designed and launched three new apps for Thexyz.org, they are designed to work with your Twitter account. I have a few planned for launch soon that do not require Twitter but they all work very well with Twitter and are designed with that in mind. Finding the right size to make a Twitter can be challenging as there are many different screen sizes, some being so small that they may not even see it. One thing to bear in mind is that the top left corner of the background will be anchored to the top left of the page so the left side is your prime space for customization.  I have created a template with the Twitter content box in the document exactly where it appears on the web, this allows you to get right up close to the edge and maximize the space you have to play with. File Dimensions: 1280 px by 800 px

File: File size and type according to Twitter: “Images must be smaller than 800k. GIF, JPG, PNG.

Color palette: Pick colors that match that with default Twitter stylesheet colors. If they contrast too much you can change the setting in your Twitter profile.

Upload your Background: Login and click ‘Settings’ > click ‘Design’ > Select ‘Use my custom style below’ > Upload your image.
